OEA RA Delegate Reporting System

This website allows local association presidents or their designee to submit election results for delegates to the Ohio Education Association Representative Assembly.

The OEA is currently accepting election results for the 2021-2022 membership year. Reports must be completed by October 15th to be considered submitted in a timely fashion.

What's new this year?

  • Please note, OEA will no longer be mailing temporary voting credentials to delegates' homes.
  • Member delegates and alternates now receive email notifications of their delegate status if OEA has their email on record.
  • Local presidents or their designee can now switch delegates and alternates online after election reports have been submitted. A delegate can't make it to the RA? If your local has elected an alternate, simply return to this site and log in to switch an alternate into their place.
